The city’s real estate market is diverse and offers single-family homes in a variety of styles as well as condos and townhouses. More than 80,000 residents call this progressive and growing community their home today. The city’s beginnings originate in the 1840s with 600 families. Located in southeast Denton County, Lewisville is 20 miles north of Dallas and is situated on rolling hills between Lewisville Lake and Grapevine Lake.
